The aim of this co-op is to support both our community by making biodynamic organic food accessible, and support the farms in Forest Row that grow the amazing produce.
Our Mission
Welcome to our co-op, a community-driven organization that encourages members to commit to receiving our ever-changing vegetable boxes on a monthly basis. As the seasons progress, our boxes adapt to offer a dynamic array of produce. Some months will surprise you with a wide variety of vegetables, while others may provide a more focused selection. Our core mission is to ensure that high-quality biodynamic organic produce is accessible and convenient for everyone. We're deeply committed to working closely with our community to understand and meet their needs while also providing small-scale farmers and their families with a consistent source of income. Our overarching goal is to nurture a sustainable food system that benefits everyone involved, fostering a stronger connection between our community and the farmers who provide us with their remarkable produce.
Who we are
I'm Amelia Moreno, and my child attends St. Michael Steiner School. I've been a loyal customer of this co-op since it started in 2022. When the founder had to close it due to a move to Forest Row, I really missed having access to fresh, seasonal produce. My dedication to providing my family with the best nutrition starts with the quality of our ingredients. Unable to find the same level of quality in commercial options online, I decided to explore ways to support my family while also helping the incredible farms that produce such high-quality goods. That's how the co-op was brought back to life.
