Breads

Sourced from Fermento Bakery, the breads we offer use only UK organic or biodynamic grain. The flour milled is never more then 2 weeks old, meaning all the oils, minerals and nutrients are kept in the flour whilst it's transformed into dough. The flour is completely free of any sort of additives, the bread is mixed in small batches, cut and hand shaped and proofed between 20 to 40 hours and then finally baked in a wood fired oven.
